Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get a refund?

Gross Out Diet is a one-time purchase, and Grossify credit packs are one-time in-app purchases — there are no subscriptions. All payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them, not us.

2. How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you originally bought with.

3. The G.O. Coach isn’t responding / images aren’t loading.

This is almost always a connection issue. Try:

  1. Toggle Wi-Fi off and on, or switch to cellular.
  2. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store. If it still fails, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.

4. Is my food and streak data private?

Yes. Your logs and streaks live on your device. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Settings → Delete All Data. That wipes your logs, streaks, and Resist Points from the device. If you also want any associated purchase records removed, email us from the address tied to your purchase.
