Please include your platform (iOS or Android), your app version — shown at the bottom of Settings — and, if something went wrong in a session, what you were doing at the time. That’s usually enough for us to reproduce it on the first try.
We do not process payments, so we cannot issue refunds or see your billing details. All subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google.
Cancel a subscription
Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal. You keep access until the current period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase — already subscribed but the app is locked? Open the unlock screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same store account you bought with.
I can’t hear anything. Check your device isn’t on silent, raise the media volume, and confirm the layer sliders in session tuning aren’t all at zero. Headphones are recommended, and are required for binaural tracks to work as intended.
The flashing light is too intense. Turn Lucid Flash off in session tuning, or lower its intensity. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or are photosensitive, leave it off — see the Safety Notice.
My voice recording clicks or pops when it loops. Re-record leaving a beat of silence at the start and end, and keep an even volume through the phrase.
Where did my created skills go? They live only on your device. Deleting the app, clearing its data, or using ‘Delete all data’ in Settings removes them permanently — there is no cloud backup to restore from.
How do I delete my data? Settings → Delete all data. That erases everything the app stores about you on that device.
If you feel unwell during a session — headache, dizziness, nausea, altered vision, racing heart, disorientation, or any involuntary movement — stop immediately. Read the full Safety Notice & Legal Disclaimer before use. Never use LucidSkill while driving, in or near water, at height, or during any activity that needs your attention.
