This Policy describes how Riskly, operated by Focuser LLC, handles your information — including demographics, activities, AI processing, and subscriptions. In short: your personal data stays on your device.
Riskly (the “App”) is operated by Focuser LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Riskly you agree to this Policy.
Riskly does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name or email address.
Some features send the activity names and answers you provide to third-party AI model providers through a secure gateway in order to generate estimates, scenarios, and assessments. We do not send your precise identity or contact details to these providers as part of that request.
AI output is generated automatically from generalized data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and is not medical, legal, insurance, financial, or safety advice.
Riskly offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time AI credit purchases. Payments, billing, and renewals are processed by the Apple App Store — we never receive or store your full payment card details.
We use a subscription management provider (RevenueCat) to verify your subscription status and entitlements. This involves processing a pseudonymous purchaser identifier and your transaction/receipt information from the App Store.
We may process the status of your trial, the plan you selected (weekly or monthly), renewal or expiry dates, and restore requests to give you access to paid features.
Your profile, activities, and risk calendar are stored only on your device. We do not upload, back up, or sync this data to any server or account.
You can delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete all data, which erases your activities, demographics, and saved logs and resets the App.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the App — for example, AI model providers, the subscription management provider, and the App Store. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. When you delete your data in the App or uninstall the App, it is removed from your device.
Riskly is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because your data lives on your device, you can exercise many of these directly in the App, or by contacting us.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
