These Terms of Use govern your use of Onlykinds Fitness, provided by Focuser LLC. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under the usage rules of the store you installed it from (the App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the app to build a competing product.
Access to programs requires an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play). Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase, and again at the start of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your membership, or restore it on a new device, through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or the app’s restore option. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your logged workouts, notes, and weigh-ins remain yours. You give us permission to store and sync them solely to operate the app’s features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app provides exercise instruction and tracking tools. It does not provide medical advice. Before starting any exercise program, read and accept the Health, Fitness & Medical Disclaimer shown in this app — in particular, consult a physician before beginning.
We may add, change, or remove features, and may correct, update, or discontinue parts of the app over time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focuser LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. To the extent the app fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple and receive a refund of the purchase price. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
